At Boss and Baby, we understand how important timely delivery is, especially for custom-designed and personalized products. We take great care to ensure that every order is produced, packed, and shipped securely.

Order Processing Time

Most of our products are handmade to order.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product type, personalization details, and production workload.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer worldwide shipping with the following options:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 14–29 days after dispatch
  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 days after dispatch
  • Available at an additional cost and can be selected during checkout.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier performance.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

When placing an order for a specific date, please consider both processing and shipping time:

  • Standard Shipping: Processing (up to 7 business days) + Shipping (up to 29 days) — Maximum estimated time: up to 36 days
  • Express Shipping: Processing (up to 7 business days) + Shipping (up to 10 days) — Maximum estimated time: up to 17 days

We strongly recommend ordering well in advance if your purchase is intended for a specific occasion.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees:

  • Are calculated automatically at checkout
  • Depend on order weight, shipping method, and destination
  • Include handling, packaging, and insurance costs where applicable

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking link.

Delivery Address Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Boss and Baby is not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Additional shipping costs incurred due to address corrections or re-delivery

Customs, Duties & Delays

Boss and Baby is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Carrier-related delays
  • Customs inspections or import regulations

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with their policies.
