3. Returns Without Authorization: Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. To ensure a smooth process, please contact us before sending back any products.

4. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately. We will work promptly to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

5. Exclusions from Returns: Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom-made or personalized items, and intimate or sanitary goods. Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding the eligibility of your item for return.

6. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return and retaining the shipping receipt for reference.
