Welcome to Boss and Baby. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1) Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- With any original tags (if applicable)
- In the original packaging
2) Custom / Personalized Orders (Final Sale)
Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage, defect, or an error on our part.
3) Return Authorization Required
To start a return, please contact us at info@bossandbaby.com. Our team will provide return instructions and confirm eligibility.
4) Returns Without Authorization
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused and/or returned to the sender.
5) Exchanges (Size / Color)
We may accept an exchange only in limited cases where:
- The item received differs from what was confirmed during the order conversation (e.g., wrong size or wrong color)
- You contact us within 3 days of delivery
Availability for exchanges is not guaranteed. If an exchange is not possible, we may offer an alternative resolution at our discretion.
6) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately after delivery and include clear photos of:
- The item
- The packaging (including any shipping labels)
- The issue/defect
We will review the claim and, if approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
7) Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return is completed.
- All returns must be shipped in the same type of protective packaging as originally received.
8) Item Condition & Loss in Value
If the item is returned in a condition different from how it was sent (e.g., used, worn, washed, damaged, missing packaging), the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value, and the refund may be reduced or denied.
9) Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
10) Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (posting times can vary)
- Contact your bank

11) Order Cancellations
Order cancellation is possible within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started and the order has not been personalized or custom-made.
